2012 – 2021: Instituto Stela. Role: Data/Knowledge Engineer Researcher and Developer, Data Scientist. Eliciting business requirements and executive metrics for public and private organizations. Build conceptual platform solutions, proof of concept, prototype and production. Support discovery the right business questions according to available data. Context-Aware Artificial Agents Research. IoT research. Compliance and Ethical Research. Developed semantic technologies. Condense complex analysis into concise technical concepts for business leaders. Cybernetics Research. 2008 – 2010: Logos Assessoria e Projetos – Itajaí. SC/Brazil. Role: Government Project Manager, Software Engineer and Manager. System modeling for “Sislogos (1o version)”.  The system aims to help more than 30 small cities (Brazil) create local projects with federal resources. Build public project plans. Managed multiple projects and priorities. Elicit requirements and system modeling. Analyzed, interpreted, and converted data into strategy to capture federal resources in order to develop small cities in Brazil.

2006 – 2007: University UniAvan – Balneário Camboriú, SC/Brazil. Role: trainee. Created my first app for tabulating Data. Analyze and visualization using MS Excel for Valuation Commission Data Report.
